We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role. In this role, you will: 1.Prepare monthly branch payment, reimbursement and returns 2.Support on local secondee, STA, trainee relocation service arrangement 3.Well communicate and act as the focal contact point of external service vendors 4.Bank Certificate management for branch and sub-branches’ Certificate update, application and annual inspection 5. Chop management and key management, including application, transfer record and destruction 6.Voucher control, including Daily sample check, Voucher retrievals and branch Voucher filing 7.Branch record and offsite storage management 8.Bank car coordination 9.Newspaper and magazine subscription and distribution 10. Backup for branch SFR 11.Act as branch sustainability coordinator for various initiatives and CSR activities 12.Provide support To branch DM on ad-hoc administrative issues Qualifications To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements: 1.Proficiency in English and Putonghua 2.University degree holder 3.Professional experience is preferred 4.Strong communication and interpersonal skills 5.Detailed oriented and high sense of responsibility 6.Working accuracy and efficiency You’ll achieve more at HSBC.
